OUR STORY

Our Story

CyberSpark was founded by Sameer Bhat with a simple idea: build software the way you would want it built for your own business. Plan it properly, build it to last, and stay with it after launch.

It started with web projects for clients abroad. Those clients came back with bigger problems to solve, and the work grew with them. Websites became platforms, platforms gained mobile apps, and one-off projects became long-term partnerships.

Today CyberSpark is a UK company registered in London, with its engineering team in India, working with businesses in the UK, Europe and India.

Why a UK Company With an Engineering Team in India?

UK clients get a UK company to contract with, and an engineering team that works well across both countries:

Time zones that overlap. India is 4½ hours ahead of the UK during British Summer Time and 5½ hours ahead in winter, so the UK morning overlaps with the Indian afternoon. We use that window for standups, reviews and questions, and hand work over in writing at the end of each day.
One team from start to finish. The people who scope your project are the people who build it, test it and support it after launch.
Written, not remembered. Specifications, decisions and handovers live in shared documents, so nothing depends on who was in the meeting.

Products We Built Because We Needed Them

Building for clients showed us problems of our own, so we solved them:

SparkTalent. A CV tells you little about how someone actually works. SparkTalent assesses candidates on real tasks: coding challenges in real Git repositories, QA tests, written answers and video interviews, with AI proctoring.
WorkSpace. Working across London and India, our work was scattered across Git, calendars and leave spreadsheets. WorkSpace brings it together: Git work inside tickets, Google Meet standups on a shared calendar, and leave tracking that follows UK and Indian rules.
AI Visibility Check. Building software had become the easy part. Many good businesses struggle after launch because nobody can find them. AI Visibility Check shows how a business appears in Google and in AI answers such as ChatGPT and Gemini, and what to fix.

We build software. Then we found out being found is the hard part. So we work on that too.
