CyberSpark provides UK businesses with fixed-scope, outcome-accountable software engineering delivered from India and governed by UK technical leadership.
Scope & Architecture
Fixed Milestone Pricing
Before any code is written: a discovery workshop with your stakeholders, a system architecture proposal, API specification, data model, and a milestone plan with fixed pricing. You approve the design before development begins.
Cross-Functional Pods
CyberSpark assembles the right team for your scope — frontend, backend, DevOps, QA — screened via SparkTalent IDE challenges from our India engineering base. A dedicated UK solutions architect governs technical direction throughout.
Delivery Rigor & Handover
Demonstrated Software
Invoicing is tied to demonstrated, working functionality — not time spent. Sprints are tracked via WorkSpace with in-app Git operations, transparent burndown, and deployable staging builds you test before the next milestone is approved.
100% Commercial Transfer
On completion: full source code, API documentation, deployment runbooks, infrastructure diagrams, test coverage reports, Git history, and a knowledge transfer session. Your team can maintain and extend the system independently.
We build end-to-end applications, integrations, and data systems across modern cloud stacks:
Core Applications
React and Next.js modern front-ends, Node.js and Python microservices back-ends, PostgreSQL and MongoDB data layers.
Operational Tools
Custom CRMs, ERP modules, bespoke workflow automation, role-based admin portals, and compliance dashboards.
Ecosystem Connectors
RESTful and GraphQL API back-ends with robust third-party integrations: Stripe, Xero, Sage, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
Data Infrastructure
Scalable ETL pipelines, analytics dashboards, data lakehouse integrations, and production ML model serving.
Cross-Platform
React Native cross-platform iOS and Android applications backed by high-performance cloud API architectures.
DELIVERY LIFECYCLE
From initial architecture discovery to final documentation handover, our fixed-milestone delivery process keeps quality and speed in balance:

We engineer your software with complete legal accountability, milestone-based outcomes, and zero ambiguity regarding source code ownership:
Legal Protection
All IP produced vests in you on creation. CYBER SPARK IT SERVICES LTD (Co. No. 14891489), Covent Garden, London, UK. Every engineer signs an individual IP assignment as a strict condition of employment — zero ambiguity on code ownership.
Security Perimeter
Comprehensive mutual NDA executed before technical discovery begins. Engineers operate inside your code repository, cloud infrastructure accounts, and secure CI/CD pipelines wherever required.
Outcome Accountability
Invoicing is tied strictly to demonstrated working software. If a sprint slips, we absorb it. You never pay for unverified developer hours or speculative time logs.
Long-Term Continuity
No non-technical account manager buffer — your UK solutions architect owns technical delivery. Transition seamlessly from fixed-scope delivery to a dedicated offshore pod on day one.
